When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and reliably delivered to the desired address.
Delivery usually takes 2–15 working days , depending on your location.
To ensure fast and smooth delivery, we ship directly from our warehouses in Germany and France .
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information about shipping and shipment tracking.
Can I return my order?
Yes, of course. You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
The condition is that the products are unused and in their original packaging.
Please contact us by email or phone before returning your order so that we can provide you with all necessary information for the process.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the goods.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We take the greatest care to package our products safely and securely so that they arrive undamaged.
If a shipment is nevertheless damaged during transport, it is important that you refuse acceptance only with documentation (photos of the damaged packaging and the item). In this case, we will of course send you a replacement immediately and file a damage report with the carrier.
Please note: Complaints after accepting the delivery without appropriate documentation cannot be considered.
